In December, 2016, Chehardy Sherman Williams welcomed four new associates
to the firm.
Zachary R. Smith will be handling business and commercial litigation;
Erin B. Rigsby who will be specializing in Complex litigation, including Personal Injury,
Multi-District Class Action, and Commercial Litigation;
Caitlin E. Spieker will be handling healthcare law and medical malpractice defense; and
Dr. Clark G. Warden, a practicing surgeon, will be specializing in healthcare law, including
employment, insurance, staffing and malpractice issues.
Earlier this month, the firm opened a new office in Hammond, Louisiana.
The new branch is located at 111 N. Oak Street Suite 200. It is headed
Patrick K. Reso, Board Certified Tax Law Specialist and Estate Planning and Administration
Specialist, who is also a partner with Chehardy Sherman Williams. Mr.
Reso will be joined by attorneys
Jennifer A. Lee, practicing business and corporate law as well as estate planning and
Elsbet C. Smith, who will practice business and corporate law, estate planning and successions
real estate; and
Frank J. DiVittorio, who practices in the areas of commercial transactions and litigation,
debt collection, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, family law, successions
litigation, estate planning, and real estate.
