Ryan P. Monsour primary practice areas include healthcare law, medical malpractice defense, taxation, and transaction. Admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2010, Mr. Monsour frequently advises clients on a broad array of issues, ranging from Stark/Anti-Kickback analysis, HIPAA regulations, physician employment agreements, physician reimbursement issues, RAC program matters, to insurance contracting. Additionally, Mr. Monsour has experience in representing healthcare providers in defending medical malpractice claims.

Moreover, Mr. Monsour also maintains a practice in corporate law and taxation, helping clients form business entities, while providing guidance concerning past or future tax law implications.

Mr. Monsour received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his law degree from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. In addition, Mr. Monsour received a Master in Business Administration from Loyola University and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego. He is a frequent contributing author for the Louisiana Hospital Association concerning issues involving healthcare regulatory/compliance and litigation issues.
