Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, January 31, 1948; admitted to bar,
1973, Louisiana; U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts
of Louisiana; 1986, U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth
Circuit. Mr. LeBlanc served as City Attorney for the City of Kenner,
Louisiana from 1978 through 1980. He formed his own firm in Kenner,
Louisiana where he served as managing partner from its inception in
1975 through 1998. He joined the firm in 1998 and practices primarily
in the areas of creditor rights, real estate development and finance,
and property litigation. He is a member of the Louisiana and Jefferson
Parish Bar Associations and has been a guest lecturer for continuing
education courses in the areas of creditor rights, commercial collections,
and bankruptcy law.
