Born in New Orleans,
Louisiana August 20, 1947. Admitted to practice by the Louisiana
Bar Association in 1971, the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Louisiana, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of
Appeals. Since his discharge from active duty with the U.S. Army
Judge Advocate General's Corps in 1975, he has been engaged in the
practice of insurance defense work, including medical malpractice,
automobile torts, general liability, insurance coverage questions, and
worker's compensation.
