Experienced in representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law issues, including representing corporate clients in employment discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), in wage and hour issues before the U.S. Department of Labor, and in unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board

Ms. Pannell deals extensively in proactive management and human resources guidance and counseling; preparation of policies and procedures for employers; drafting and defending employment documents including severance agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and non-solicitation agreements; and counseling employers on the proper classification of employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act. She has conducted training seminars for managers on various employment-related topics, including how to avoid sexual harassment claims and how to effectively administer the Family and Medical Leave Act.
