Born Portsmouth, Virginia, August 19, 1949. Admitted to the following: Louisiana, U.S.D.C, Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; U.S. 5th Cir. Ct. of Appeals, U.S. Federal Court of Claims, Supreme Court of the United States. While the emphasis of his practice is the representation of health care providers in all aspects of litigation, Mr. Taylor has litigation experience in a wide range of areas, including labor and employment law, EEOC matters, automobile torts, drug products liability and pharmacy law. He maintains an active teaching agenda and has published over a dozen professional articles in the fields of medical malpractice, litigation topics and HIPPA.
