Born New Orleans, Louisiana, February 14, 1954; admitted to bar, 1978, Louisiana; U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court. He served as a Staff Attorney for Louisiana State Attorney General's Office, 1978-1980. His practice is dedicated to Civil Litigation, primarily involving personal injury and business litigation.
