James M. “Jim” Fantaci
was born in Rochester, New York on December 23, 1946;
admitted to Virginia Bar, 1971, and Louisiana Bar 1972.
Mr. Fantaci
has over 35 years of experience in business law.
He has worked with a variety of clients regarding corporate,
banking, franchising, securities and health care transactions.
He advises clients regarding corporate structure, acquisitions,
mergers, non-competition, private securities placements and employment
contracts. He also advises
physician groups and health care organizations regarding joint venture
and corporate structure.
Mr. Fantaci has received the highest rating awarded
by the Martindale-Hubbel Law Directory (AV).
Mr. Fantaci
has lectured numerous times on corporation and limited liability company
issues. He has been active
in leading civic organizations in Jefferson Parish for many years.
