Louisiana and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of
Louisiana. While Mr. Marx’s practice consists primarily of general
business and commercial litigation, it also includes litigation related
to real estate, labor, corporate disputes and insurance, and non-litigation
counseling in those areas. His litigation practice is in both state
and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels.
