U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana and U.S. Court of
Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is Board Certified in Taxation and in Estate
Planning and Administration by the Louisiana Board of Tax Specialization.
A founding member of the firm, he specializes in estate planning, successions
and general individual and corporate tax matters.
