attended law school because he perceived a need for professionals who
were familiar with both law and medicine.
At Chehardy Sherman Williams, partner Charles Taylor concentrates his practice in medical malpractice defense. He handles medical malpractice, hospital, real estate and general casualty/liability litigation and consulting issues. Clients include Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund, Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Assoc., Children’s Hospital, Gray Insurance Co., Touro Infirmary, and individual physicians. His litigation experience includes, but is not limited to, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, employment discrimination, admiralty, real estate, construction law issues, domestic law as well as general casualty and personal injury issues.
