Mr. Jordan has been admitted to the practice of law for over 28 years and has extensive experience dealing with criminal matters whether they be state of federal. He is a Member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.

In the past, Mr. Jordan has represented out of state clients regarding federal criminal charges and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice to the United States District Courts in Delaware, Kentucky, Texas, and Arkansas.

He was previously certified as Lead Trial Counsel in capital cases by the Louisiana Public Defender Board and is a current member of the Louisiana Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and former board member for the 21st Judicial District. Mr. Jordan also enjoys membership in the 21st Judicial District Court Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Jordan has been married to his wife, Mary Ellen Jordan, for 28 years and they live in Covington, Louisiana. They have three children, McKay, Graham (deceased), and Genna Jordan. The Jordans attend St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville.
